History

Mr. Rich Siegenthaler serves as President of Integrated Wellness Solutions (IWS). IWS is the fastest growing corporate wellness companies in the Midwest. During his 20 years in the Human Resources/Benefits and Wellness Industry, Siegenthaler has helped organizations save millions of dollars through restructuring corporate health benefit programs. He also sat as the Chair for Fitness, Wellness and Recreation Advisory Board for Ohio Governor Bob Taft where he spearheaded Smoke Free Ohio.

Paul Kolodzik, MD, MBA,

Medical Director, IWS

Paul Kolodzik, M.D. MBA is an emergency and occupational medicinephysician with 25 years of clinical experience.  
After completion of his Emergency Medicine residency he served as an Emergency Department Medical Director for over 10 years.  He subsequently acted as the Chief Medical Officer for a group of over 300 Emergency Physicians who provided services at 40 emergency departments.

He has served as the Chief Operating Officer of the same physician group. Dr. Kolodzik has also been the CEO of a medical billing company processing over one and one half million claims annually. After many years of Emergency Medicine practice, and seeing the clinical crises that occur at the end stage of preventable chronic disease, he has developed a passion for impacting lifestyle, health status, and medical costs by motivating individual health behavior in the corporate setting.

Dr. Kolodzik is currently working with corporations, insurance carriers, brokers, and  health systems to optimize the effectiveness and ROI of corporate wellness programs.

Ted Georges, Jr.

Director of Business Development

Ted Georges, Jr. is a licensed agent for Life, Health, and Annuities and has been in the employee benefit industry since 2005. The front part of his career was spent working for a large health insurance carrier selling to employers through brokers and consultants. Since 2009 Ted has consulted employers on reducing health care costs and improving morale through corporate wellness strategies. Ted recognizes the significance of saving monies on both fully-insured and self-funded insurance programs for all size employers.

Ted is an avid golfer and has been playing since the young age of four. He is very passionate about fitness and enjoys running and lifting weights.

Victoria Prochazka, M.Ed., BS

IWS Operations Director

Victoria received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Akron and her Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Cleveland State University. During both her undergraduate and graduate coursework, Victoria worked in Phase II and Phase IV Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation with Summa Health Systems as well as University Hospitals.  Victoria is also a certified Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

During her undergraduate coursework Victoria was an active member of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority and Vice President of Recruitment for Panhellenic Council.

From a young age Victoria has been passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and staying active! Victoria studied ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, and modern dance for 16 years, including studying at the collegiate level as a dance minor with the University of Akron. Victoria also represented the University of Akron as a member of the Zips dance team.

Kayla Repp, M.Ed., BS

IWS Account Executive

Kayla graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and with her Master's degree from Akron University in Exercise Physiology. In her undergraduate studies Kayla worked as an intern at Mid Ohio Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in outpatient physical therapy rehabilitation. During her graduate studies, Kayla worked in a phase II and III setting of cardiovascular rehabilitation at Wooster Community Hospital. Ever since high school she knew that she wanted to be involved in the fitness field helping individuals reach their goals and make a difference in lives.

Kayla was involved in track in field and competitive cheerleading all four years of high school, where she was on National Champion cheer and dance teams, along with All-Star Cheerleading. In college, Kayla cheered two years at Kent State University and competed nationally with them also. Kayla in her spare time loves helping out and coaching All-Star Cheerleading when she can!

Jackie Kendziorski, MS., BS.

IWS Account Manager

Jackie received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning and her Master’s degree in Sport Science from the University of Akron. During her graduate coursework, Jackie served as a graduate assistant at the University Student Rec Center in the Fitness and wellness department. Upon completion of her Masters degree she worked as a program director and group exercise coordinator in a medically based fitness center for several years. Jackie has also been with IWS since the beginning serving as a health educator and wellness screener. Jackie is a former group exercise instructor in several modalities and currently a level 1 Crossfit trainer and NSCA certified Personal trainer.

Since the beginning of her high school athletic career fitness has been her passion. In her spare time she continues to participate and excel in several fitness events. She is a USA powerlifting referee and competitor, Crossfit open competitor, distance runner, and an NPC National level bikini competitor.

Jessica Staggs B.S.Ed.

IWS Account Manager

Jessica received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Exercise Specialist from Bowling Green State University. Upon graduation, she started her career in Corporate Wellness and never looked back. She has worked in on-site facilities assisting employees with their long-term health and wellness goals, and has expanded her career to work with employers from both the health insurance industry and healthcare industry as well. While in these positions she was very passionate about assisting employers with trying to manage healthcare costs, change culture, and improve employee health. She has also worked with employers in trying to manage workers’ compensation costs and provide occupational health programming as well.

Jessica is a Co-Chair of the Northeast Region Healthy Ohio Business Council, which offers programming and education to Ohio employers, with the goal to make a Healthy Ohio. She is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and thoroughly enjoys teaching a variety of exercise classes. She also has a passion for running and lifting weights. Jessica likes to remain active in her community, being involved with Relay for Life and is an active board member for one the local non-profit auxiliary organizations.

Rebecca Holt, BS

IWS Account Specialist

Rebecca Holt comes to IWS after starting her career in Human Services. With more than 8 years of extensive experience in behavioral health and advocacy for children and families, Rebecca understands first-hand the challenging battles of life and overcoming obstacles in order to be successful.

Rebecca has held positions as a Caseworker III with Franklin County Children Services, and a Family Case Manager/Team Mentor with National Youth Advocate Program in which she was responsible for providing critical services to families in need.

Throughout her career, Rebecca's passion to improve the lives of others has been her primary focus. Whether advocating for children and families throughout Ohio, or teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) in Prague, she has been able to positively change lives of others. Rebecca's competitive spirit and persistence led to her first sales position with IWS.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor's of Science in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University. She enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with her family.

Jennifer Markusic, MS, RDN, LD

IWS Registered Dietitian

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University. For her graduate studies, she graduated with her Masters in Food and Nutrition and successfully finished a CADE-Approved Dietetic Internship Program, which was also at BGSU. Her cognate in grad school was in Sports Nutrition/Exercise Physiology, as she is intrigued by the relationship between physical activity and nutrition. Upon completion of her internship, Jennifer became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission of Dietetic Registration, and is a Licensed Dietitian through the Ohio Board of Dietetics. Before coming to IWS, Jennifer worked in higher education as a professor and clinical preceptor in dietetics, teaching an array of classes including Sports Nutrition, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Basic Nutrition, and Nutrition Counseling. She has also worked as a health coach in corporate wellness settings, meal plan developer for Meals On Wheels, and consultant dietitian in Long Term Care and Rehabilitation settings.

In her free time, she enjoys running, experimenting with new recipes, and volunteering. Her passion is in teaching others about the fundamentals of adequate nutrition and how a healthful diet can improve one’s life.

Melissa Morningstar, RD, LD

IWS Registered Dietitian

Melissa graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship at Adagio Health in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Throughout her internship, Melissa studied many components of nutrition including community nutrition, clinical nutrition, and employee wellness programs. Melissa is a Registered Dietitian through the Commission of Dietetic Registration and a Licensed Dietitian in the States of Ohio and Illinois. Melissa has experience as a volunteer coach for Play 60, the NFL's campaign to encourage children to be active for 60 minutes a day in order to help reverse the trend of childhood obesity. Melissa’s goal for her clients is to help them make small changes that will add up to greater overall impact on their health and wellness. In her free time, Melissa enjoys reading, running, and hiking.

Mariah Fredritz, BA, CHES

IWS Wellness Specialist

Mariah graduated from Malone University with a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health Education and a minor in Communication Arts. Upon graduation, Mariah received her CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist) Certification, and more recently, became an accredited Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise.

During her undergraduate studies, Mariah was a member of Eta Sigma Gamma, the National Health Honorary Society, and served as President of the University's chapter during her senior year. Mariah was also a cheerleader for 8 years and a member of CCA National Champions squad while at Malone.

Mariah’s desire is to assist individuals on the simple, day-to-day steps and habits they can develop to better achieve a lifestyle of health and wellness! In her spare time, Mariah enjoys cooking and following a variety of food blogs, running, a good book, and spending time with her husband and their families.

Hillary Rechel, BS., CPT

IWS Wellness Specialist

Hillary graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She attended Wittenberg University her freshman year to pursue her passion in tennis, but decided she wanted to take that passion for sports and wellness and make it her career. Upon graduating from OSU, Hillary started working for Life Time Fitness and worked there for 3 years as a personal trainer. While at Life Time, Hillary received her CPT through NASM and also got her Precision Nutrition certification. Through Life Time, Hillary has experience working with a wide range of clients, from weight loss to fitness competitions. Her greatest joy is being able to walk alongside someone who is wanting to change their life for the better. Whether that means getting off medication, completing a 5K, kicking fast food to the curb, doing a fitness competition, or simply getting off the couch, it is a blessing to help people live the best lives they can.

In her spare time, Hillary enjoys all types of exercise. She has ran half marathons, participated in CrossFit, and is a NPC bikini/figure competitor. She also enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes, leading neighborhood group workouts, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Mandy Kimpton

IWS Screening Manager

Mandy brings ten years of clinical experience to the IWS team. As a graduate of Lorain County Community College, she has been serving clients as a Certified Medical Assistant for many years. Mandy has worked alongside doctors in varying areas of healthcare and has had the opportunity to learn through first-hand experience. On top of this, Mandy is an American Heart Association Certified Healthcare Provider.

With a neuromuscular disorder, sports and physical activities haven’t always been an option for Mandy. Because of this unique perspective, she has found a passion for finding healthy lifestyle options that can lead every person of every ability to optimum health. Mandy feels most fulfilled when she is able to connect with and motivate people who don’t feel that they fit in to the traditional wellness role. Mandy believes health, wellness, and fitness are attainable for any person at any stage of life. She recommends balanced eating, 10,000 steps per day, and lots of laughter!

In her spare time, Mandy enjoys gardening, water aerobics, and cooking from scratch. She leads the Cleveland Branch of the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association (CMTA) and can usually be found reading or spending time with her family.

Lyndsey Nettleton

Data Administrator

Lyndsey graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice. Although her degree is not in a wellness field, wellness has always been a huge aspect of Lyndsey’s life. Before attending and graduating from Ashland, she attended Heidelberg University for two years where she was on the women’s basketball team. Lyndsey has taken plenty of classes in the wellness field and devotes her time to exercising and helping others discover a passion for overall wellness.

Lyndsey was involved in many sports growing up but found passion in high school for tennis, basketball and track and field. In the past she has helped run programs that promote healthy eating and healthy living for the youth in her community. In her spare time she enjoys running, golfing and spending most of her time outdoors. Currently, she is the assistant coach for 8th grade basketball at Orrville and has been coaching for the past 4 years. Lyndsey would like to eventually further her education in the wellness field and begin to share her passion and enthusiasm for wellness with others.
